Carrier LH680512 Gas Furnace Pilot Burner Spark Electrode

The Carrier LH680512 is a genuine OEM spark electrode assembly designed for gas furnace pilot burners. This essential ignition component produces a high-voltage spark when activated by the ignition control module, enabling reliable startup and consistent burner operation in Carrier, Bryant, and Payne gas furnaces.

Key Features:

• Genuine OEM replacement electrode for 740 pilot burner assemblies
• Generates consistent spark for reliable furnace ignition
• Direct replacement for multiple part numbers including 301289-202, P671-3923, 301293-701, and others
• Compatible with pilot burner models LH680005, 535-740A, P671-1406, and LH33JZ053
• Designed for use with 3-wire pilot burner systems

When a pilot electrode fails or deteriorates, furnaces may experience ignition delays, failure to start, or inconsistent heating. This replacement electrode restores proper spark performance and maintains safe, efficient burner operation. Proper installation requires correct electrode positioning and gap spacing according to manufacturer specifications.
