Honeywell C6097B3085 Pressure Switch 12-60"wc Auto Recycle

The Honeywell C6097B3085 is a commercial-grade pressure switch designed for automatic burner control systems in HVAC and combustion applications. This pressure-actuated control monitors air or gas pressure differentials and provides reliable circuit breaking to ensure safe system operation.

Key Specifications:

• Adjustable pressure range: 12-60 inches water column (30-150 mbar)
• Maximum operating pressure: 8.5 PSI (600 mbar)
• Normally closed (N.C.) contact configuration
• Auto recycle operation with breaks on pressure decrease
• Single-pole, single-throw switching mechanism
• Snap-acting switch contacts for positive on/off control

Features and Benefits:

• Adjustable differential allows precise control calibration for specific system requirements
• Rugged construction for reliable performance in demanding commercial and industrial environments
• Auto recycle function automatically resets when pressure conditions normalize
• Normally closed design provides fail-safe operation by breaking circuit when pressure drops
• Compatible with gas-fired boilers, furnaces, and combustion control systems

This pressure switch is commonly used as a proving switch to verify proper air or gas pressure before allowing burner ignition, helping to prevent unsafe operating conditions. The adjustable setpoint range provides flexibility for various system configurations and pressure requirements.
