Product Details

The Honeywell RP972A1006 is a four-port non-bleed pneumatic reversing relay designed for HVAC control systems. This relay reverses and increases the capacity of branch line pressure to final control elements, producing a modulating pressure output that varies inversely with pilot input with an adjustable offset.

  • Four sharp-barb air connections for easy installation
  • Adjustable pilot start point pressures with two pilot pressure spans available
  • Molded plastic construction with durable neoprene diaphragm and stainless steel valve seats
  • Capacity: 0.039 SCFM at 1 PSI differential
  • Operating temperature range: 0-140°F
  • Maximum pressure: 30 PSI
  • Compact 1-1/2 inch diameter design

  • Wall, in-line, or panel mounting capability
  • Includes mounting clip for versatile installation

Applications:

Ideal for controlling pneumatic valve or damper actuators in sequence from a single thermostat in heating and air conditioning systems. Provides proportional (P) or proportional plus integral (P+I) control of temperature, humidity, pressure, or dew point. Compatible as a replacement for Johnson, Powers, Robertshaw, Barber-Colman, and older Honeywell devices.

Air Connections:

  • Port 1: 1/4 inch O.D. plastic tubing
  • Other ports: 5/32 inch O.D. plastic tubing

Replaces RP972A1030. Made in the United States.
