Resideo by Honeywell ZD14X16TZ 14x16 Inch TrueZONE Rectangular Parallel Blade Damper

The Resideo by Honeywell ZD14X16TZ is a power close and spring open damper with a 24-volt motor used to control circulating air in HVAC systems when a normally-open damper is required. This 14 inch by 16 inch rectangular damper is typically used with TrueZONE systems and other electronic zoning systems to provide precise temperature control in different zones of a home or building.

Key Features:

• Mechanical visual position indicator for damper status
• Solid construction using extruded aluminum frame and blades
• Parallel blade design for low leakage performance
• Kevlar gearing reduces wear, more than doubling damper life
• Simple, easy-to-wire, two-wire installation
• Reliable, strong, 24-volt spring-return motor
• Fail-safe, normally open operation
• Adjustable range stops
• Rated up to 1 inch wc static pressure

This 2-position spring return damper is designed to control circulating air in heating, cooling, and ventilating systems. The motor is mounted on the dimension B (16 inch) side. This replacement damper offers enhanced durability and quieter operation for residential and light commercial HVAC zoning applications.
