Belimo FGVL+RVB24-MFT Universal Flanged Globe Valve Retrofit Linkage with Non-Spring Return Actuator

The Belimo FGVL+RVB24-MFT is a universal flanged globe valve retrofit linkage assembly paired with a high-performance RVB24-MFT non-spring return proportional actuator. This system is designed for retrofitting existing flanged globe valves in HVAC applications, providing precise control without the need for valve replacement.

Key Features:

• 1011 lbf (4500 N) actuating force motor for powerful valve operation
• AC/DC 24V operation with universal voltage range (AC 19.2-28.8V / DC 21.6-28.8V)
• Multi-Function Technology (MFT) with programmable parameters for customizable control
• 2-10V proportional control input (also accepts 4-20mA with ZG-R01 resistor)
• Non fail-safe (non-spring return) design maintains last position on power loss
• Universal format fits most flanged globe valves on the market
• Supports valve stroke range from 0.6 to 2 inches (15 to 50 mm)
• Electronic overload protection throughout full stroke
• Die-cast aluminum and plastic housing with NEMA 2 / IP54 protection
• Operating temperature range: -22°F to 122°F (-30°C to 50°C)
• cULus listed, CE certified, ISO 9001 quality standard

This retrofit solution is ideal for building automation systems requiring precise modulating control of heating and cooling valves. The MFT programmable feature allows adjustment of control input, feedback signal, and running time to match specific application requirements. With only 6W power consumption during operation and 1.5W at rest, this actuator delivers energy-efficient performance with maintenance-free operation.
