Belimo B318+LRB24-3 3/4" 3-Way Characterized Control Valve with Actuator

The Belimo B318+LRB24-3 is a 3/4" 3-way characterized control valve (CCV) with Cv 7.4 paired with a non-spring return valve actuator with 45 in-lb torque. This factory-assembled valve assembly is designed for precise control of hot or chilled water in commercial HVAC applications including air handling units, fan coil units, unit ventilators, and VAV box re-heat coils.

Valve Construction and Features:

• Forged brass body with nickel plating, chrome plated ball, PTFE Teflon® seals, and Tefzel® characterized disc
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for precise control
• Cv rating of 7.4 (14.8 GPM @ Δ 4 psi)
• Maximum differential pressure 30 psi; pressure rating 600 psi for 3/4" three-way valve
• Media temperature range: 0° to 250°F (-18° to 120°C)
• Compatible with hot or chilled water with up to 60% glycol

LRB24-3 Actuator Specifications:

• 24 VAC/DC power supply with on/off and floating point control
• 90 second run time
• Non-fail-safe operation (maintains position on power loss)
• 3-foot cable connection

The characterized disc design prevents control loop hunting, ensuring stable operation, component longevity, and optimized energy consumption in hydronic systems with variable flow requirements. Backed by Belimo's 5-year warranty.
