Siemens Building Technology 274-05971 Globe Valve Assembly with Electro-Hydraulic Actuator - 3-Inch

The Siemens Building Technology 274-05971 is a complete 2-way globe valve assembly designed for precise control of hot or chilled water in commercial HVAC systems. This assembly combines a 3-inch flanged globe valve with an integrated 24VAC electro-hydraulic actuator featuring spring return functionality for fail-safe operation.

Key Features:

• 3-inch flanged connection with 125 PSI pressure rating
• Normally closed (NC) valve action for safety during power loss
• Stainless steel trim for superior corrosion resistance and durability
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for accurate control
• 24VAC electro-hydraulic actuator with proportional control capability
• Spring return mechanism ensures automatic closure during power failure
• Approximately 125 Cv flow coefficient for high-capacity applications

This valve assembly is ideal for large commercial buildings, central plant systems, and industrial HVAC applications requiring reliable, modulating control of water flow. The electro-hydraulic actuator provides smooth, precise positioning with excellent control authority, while the spring return feature adds an extra layer of safety by automatically closing the valve when power is lost. The stainless steel trim construction ensures long-term performance in demanding water treatment conditions.
