Belimo B222+LF24-3 2-Way Control Valve 1" NPT 7.4 Cv 24V Floating

The Belimo B222+LF24-3 is a compact 2-way characterized control valve (CCV) designed for precise flow control in HVAC hydronic systems. This assembly combines a brass valve body with an integrated LF24-3 electric actuator for reliable modulating control applications.

Valve Specifications:

• Connection size: 1" NPT threaded female connections
• Flow coefficient (Cv): 7.4 for accurate flow capacity sizing
• 2-way valve design for on/off or modulating control
• Characterized control valve (CCV) for linear flow control
• Brass construction for durability and corrosion resistance

Actuator Features:

• 24V AC/DC power supply for versatile installation
• Floating control (2-position or modulating) for integration with standard HVAC controllers
• Spring return mechanism ensures fail-safe positioning during power loss
• Direct-coupled mounting for compact installation and reliable operation

This valve and actuator assembly is ideal for chilled water, hot water, and heating/cooling coil applications in commercial buildings. The spring return feature provides automatic valve positioning for system safety, while the floating control allows precise temperature management when connected to compatible building automation systems.
