Belimo B214B+TR24-SR/300 1/2" NPT Brass Control Valve 7.4 Cv 24V Non-Spring Return

The Belimo B214B+TR24-SR/300 is a compact 2-way brass control valve assembly designed for precise modulating control in HVAC applications. This complete valve and actuator package combines a 1/2" NPT threaded brass valve body with a TR24-SR actuator for reliable proportional control.

Key Specifications:

• Valve size: 1/2" NPT threaded connections
• Flow coefficient (Cv): 7.4
• Valve body material: Brass construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• Configuration: 2-way characterized control valve (CCV)
• Actuator voltage: 24V AC/DC
• Control signal: 2-10V DC proportional (modulating)
• Actuator type: Non-spring return (NSR) for fail-in-place operation
• Running time: Approximately 300 seconds (5 minutes)

Features and Benefits:

• Factory-assembled valve and actuator combination ensures proper matching and simplifies installation
• Proportional 2-10V control signal provides precise modulation for optimal system performance
• Non-spring return design maintains valve position during power failure
• Compact design suitable for tight mechanical spaces
• Characterized control valve provides linear flow characteristics for accurate control
• Ideal for heating and cooling coil applications, heat exchangers, and general HVAC water control

This valve assembly is commonly used in chilled water systems, hot water heating applications, and other HVAC hydronic control applications requiring precise modulating control in smaller pipe sizes.
