Belimo AFX24-MFT Spring Return Actuator 20 Nm 95° AC/DC 24V 3-Point

The Belimo AFX24-MFT is a spring-return rotary actuator designed for automated control of dampers and valve applications in HVAC systems. This robust actuator delivers 20 Nm of torque with a 95-degree rotation angle, providing reliable positioning control for modulating or two-position applications.

Key Specifications:

• Torque: 20 Nm (177 lb-in) for demanding damper and valve control
• Rotation angle: 95 degrees for quarter-turn applications
• Power supply: AC/DC 24V universal voltage compatibility
• Power consumption: 11 VA for energy-efficient operation
• Control signal: 3-point floating point control (open/close/stop)
• Enclosure rating: IP54 protection against dust and water splash
• Spring return: Automatic failsafe positioning on power loss
• Running time: Optimized for responsive damper control

The spring-return design ensures the actuator automatically returns to its failsafe position when power is lost, making it ideal for safety-critical applications. The 3-point control interface allows simple integration with building automation systems, thermostats, and controllers. The IP54-rated housing provides reliable performance in challenging HVAC environments.

Belimo actuators are known for their reliability, precise control, and long service life in commercial and industrial HVAC applications. This model is suitable for damper control in air handling units, VAV boxes, and other air distribution systems.
