Resideo V8043E5012 24V Zone Valve 3/4" Sweat Connection Normally Closed

The Resideo V8043E5012 is a 24-volt motorized zone valve designed for hydronic heating systems. This compact valve provides reliable control of hot water flow in residential and light commercial applications, featuring a 3/4-inch sweat connection for easy integration into copper piping systems.

Key Features:

• 24V power supply for standard HVAC control compatibility
• 3/4-inch sweat (solder) connections for copper pipe installation
• 2-position normally closed (N/C) operation—closes when power is removed
• Integrated auxiliary switch for end switch functionality
• 18-inch pre-wired leadwires for simplified electrical connections
• 20 PSI close-off pressure rating for effective flow control
• 3.5 Cv flow coefficient for adequate system capacity
• Compact design suitable for tight installation spaces

This zone valve is ideal for multi-zone heating systems where independent temperature control is required in different areas. The normally closed configuration ensures fail-safe operation, automatically shutting off water flow in the event of power loss. The auxiliary switch provides feedback to the system controller, enabling precise coordination with circulators and boilers.

Resideo (formerly Honeywell Home) zone valves are engineered for durability and long-term reliability in demanding hydronic applications. The V8043E series is widely used by HVAC professionals for its proven performance and ease of installation.
