Product Details

The Amana-Goodman B1225017 is a 24-volt reversing valve solenoid coil designed for heat pump systems. This essential component controls the reversing valve that switches the refrigerant flow direction, allowing the heat pump to change between heating and cooling modes.

Key Features:

  • 24-volt AC operation for standard HVAC control circuits
  • Genuine OEM replacement part ensuring proper fit and function
  • Controls reversing valve operation in heat pump applications
  • Direct replacement for worn or failed solenoid coils
  • Compatible with Amana and Goodman heat pump systems

This solenoid coil is a critical component for maintaining proper heat pump operation. When energized, it actuates the reversing valve to redirect refrigerant flow, enabling the system to switch between heating and cooling cycles. Regular replacement of failed coils ensures reliable seasonal mode switching and optimal system performance.

Good website

In general I was very happy. When I placed the order for brake pads, you had one set in your warehouse and one set was coming from somewhere else. I asked the customer service person I was talking to not to ship the ones from your warehouse until I knew the other set had shipped (these pads are in short supply and I already had one case where they said they were in stock and then I found out later they weren't). However you shipped the set from your warehouse right away. So I was unhappy about that but the other set did arrive as you said it would and the people I interacted with at your company were very good. So all in all I'm happy and I would buy from you again.
