Resideo D146M1040 1-1/4" Differential Pressure Regulator with Indicator

The Resideo D146M1040 is a 1-1/4 inch differential pressure regulator designed to eliminate excessive pump head pressure in hydronic heating systems. This professional-grade control is ideal for applications where radiator valves close due to reduced demand, maintaining system stability and efficiency.

Key Features:

• Built-in differential pressure indicator for easy system monitoring
• Adjustable pressure range: 0-17 PSI with simple turn-cap adjustment
• High capacity: 395,000 BTU/hr and 50 GPM flow rate
• Angle-type female threaded NPT connections for flexible installation
• Brass valve body with stainless steel and engineered thermoplastic components
• EPDM diaphragm for reliable, long-lasting performance
• Maximum inlet pressure rating: 85 PSI
• No electrical hookup required for simple installation

This regulator installs between the supply and return sides of a hydronic system to stabilize pressure differential and reduce the effects of demand changes. The control maintains a constant differential between the two sides by opening a bypass whenever the difference between supply and return reaches the setpoint, providing silent, trouble-free operation. Maximum operating temperature: 230°F. Made in Germany.
