International Comfort Products 1191307 TXV Thermostatic Expansion Valve

The International Comfort Products 1191307 is a genuine OEM thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This critical refrigeration component regulates the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator coil, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency.

Key Features:

• Genuine OEM replacement part manufactured by International Comfort Products
• Controls refrigerant flow rate based on evaporator superheat conditions
• Converts high-pressure liquid refrigerant into low-pressure vapor for efficient cooling
• Ensures proper refrigerant metering for optimal heat transfer
• Helps maintain consistent system temperatures and prevents compressor damage
• Precision-engineered for reliable operation and long service life

The TXV valve plays a vital role in air conditioning and heat pump systems by automatically adjusting refrigerant flow in response to changing load conditions. This ensures the evaporator coil operates at peak efficiency while protecting the compressor from liquid refrigerant slugging. Compatible with ICP, Heil, Tempstar, Comfortmaker, and Arcoaire branded HVAC equipment.
