Belimo NMB24-MFT Non-Spring Return Damper Actuator in-lb - 24V 70 2-10VDC

The Belimo NMB24-MFT is a professional-grade non-spring return damper actuator designed for precise control of HVAC dampers in commercial and industrial applications. This robust actuator operates on 24V AC/DC power and delivers 70 inch-pounds of torque for reliable positioning of medium to large dampers.

Key Features:

• Non-spring return (NSR) operation maintains damper position during power loss
• 70 inch-pounds (8 Nm) of torque for positive damper control
• 2-10 VDC modulating control signal for precise proportional control
• 150-second running time for full 95-degree rotation
• 24V AC/DC universal voltage operation for flexible installation
• Durable construction for long service life in demanding environments
• Auxiliary switches available for position indication

The NMB24-MFT is ideal for VAV systems, economizer dampers, and general HVAC damper control applications where maintaining damper position during power interruptions is critical. The modulating control input allows integration with building automation systems and DDC controllers for precise zone control and energy management.
