Belimo LF24-3-S 24V Spring Return Damper Actuator with Auxiliary Switch

The Belimo LF24-3-S is a 24-volt spring return damper actuator designed for reliable HVAC damper control applications. This floating point control actuator delivers 35 lb-in (4 Nm) of torque, making it suitable for controlling small to medium-sized dampers in commercial and industrial building automation systems.

Key Features:

• 24 VAC/DC universal voltage operation for flexible installation
• 35 lb-in (4 Nm) torque output for positive damper positioning
• Spring return (S/R) design automatically returns damper to fail-safe position on power loss
• Floating point control for simple two-position or modulating control applications
• Integrated auxiliary switch for end position feedback and system interlock
• 90-degree rotation with adjustable mechanical end stops
• Direct mount design for easy damper shaft coupling
• Compact housing suitable for tight installation spaces

The spring return function ensures the damper automatically closes (or opens, depending on configuration) during power failures, providing essential safety and energy-saving functionality. The auxiliary switch provides valuable feedback for building management systems, enabling status monitoring and control sequencing. Belimo actuators are known for their durability and long service life in demanding HVAC environments.
