Belimo GMB24-SR Non-Spring Return Damper Actuator 360 in-lb 24V Modulating

The Belimo GMB24-SR is a high-performance non-spring return damper actuator designed for proportional modulation of dampers in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This direct-coupled actuator delivers 360 in-lb (40 Nm) of torque, making it suitable for dampers up to 90 square feet in size.

Key Features:

• 360 in-lb torque output for reliable damper control
• AC/DC 24V universal voltage operation with 4.5W running power consumption
• Proportional modulating control with 2-10 VDC input signal
• 2-10 VDC feedback signal for position indication or master-slave applications
• 95° angle of rotation (adjustable with mechanical stops)
• Direct mount to damper shafts 1/2" to 1.05" diameter with universal clamp
• Brushless DC motor with ASIC control for enhanced reliability
• 150-second running time (constant, independent of load)
• Electronic overload protection throughout entire rotation
• Visual position indicator and external push-button manual override
• NEMA 2 / IP54 / UL enclosure rating for versatile installation
• 3-foot, 18-gauge plenum cable with 1/2" conduit fitting

The actuator features advanced digital rotation sensing (DRS) technology that prevents damage in stall conditions, while reducing power consumption to just 2W in holding mode. With optional 4-20 mA control capability (requires 500Ω resistor), UL and cULus listing, and a 5-year warranty, this actuator provides long-term, maintenance-free performance for building automation systems.
