Dynamic Friction 6004-80065 Geospec Drilled and Slotted Disc Brake Rotor

The Dynamic Friction Company (DFC) 6004-80065 is a Geospec drilled and slotted disc brake rotor engineered to OE specifications for a direct-fit replacement. Manufactured from premium gray cast iron and built to meet the strictest dimensional tolerances, this rotor delivers reliable stopping power and extended service life.

Key Features:

• Drilled & Slotted Design: Cross-drilled holes promote heat dissipation and reduce the buildup of gas and debris between the pad and rotor surface, while chamfered edges help minimize the risk of cracking
• Slotted Surface: Slots continuously sweep the brake pad face clean, preventing glazing and improving bite for shorter, more consistent stopping distances — especially in wet conditions
• OE-Grade Cast Iron: Manufactured following strict cast iron requirements and engineered to precise tolerances for a factory-quality fit and feel
• 100% Electronically Inspected: Each rotor passes an electronic inspection station measuring over 20 attributes to ensure it meets OE specifications before leaving the factory
• Corrosion-Resistant Coating: Finished with a durable silver-gray coating that provides superior rust resistance compared to conventional paint or zinc treatments
• Direct OE Replacement: Designed as a drop-in replacement requiring no modifications for a straightforward installation

The DFC 6004-80065 is part of Dynamic Friction Company's Geospec rotor lineup, offering a performance-oriented upgrade over standard OE blanks while remaining fully street-legal and daily-driver friendly. Sold individually.
