Johnson Controls VG1245DP+958BGC 1.25" Ball Valve with Electric Actuator

The Johnson Controls VG1245DP+958BGC is a complete valve assembly combining a Model VG1245DP two-way stainless steel trim ball valve with a Model VA9208-BGC-3 electric actuator. This industrial-grade valve package is designed for precise on/off control in HVAC and building automation applications.

Valve Specifications:

• 1.25-inch NPT end connections for reliable threaded installation
• Two-way ball valve configuration with stainless steel trim for durability and corrosion resistance
• Flow coefficient (Cv) of 18.7 for efficient flow capacity
• Suitable for water, glycol solutions, and other compatible fluids

Actuator Features:

• 24V electric spring-return actuator with normally closed (fail-safe closed) operation
• Two-position control for simple open/closed applications
• Spring-return mechanism ensures valve closes automatically on power failure for safety
• Integrated dual auxiliary switches (958BGC) for remote position indication or interlock functions
• Direct-mount design eliminates need for brackets or adapters

This factory-assembled valve and actuator package arrives ready to install, eliminating field assembly and ensuring proper actuator-to-valve compatibility. Ideal for chilled water systems, heating applications, and general HVAC control where reliable shut-off is critical.
