Product Details

The Lochinvar 100109935 is a flue pressure switch designed as a critical safety component for Lochinvar boilers and water heaters. This switch monitors flue gas pressure to ensure safe and proper venting operation, shutting down the unit if unsafe conditions are detected.

Key Features:

  • Differential pressure switch design for monitoring flue gas venting
  • Integral safety component that prevents operation when proper draft is not established
  • Thermoplastic housing with internal EPDM diaphragm for durability
  • Snap-action switch mechanism for reliable operation
  • Quick connect terminals for easy installation
  • Compatible with various Lochinvar boiler and water heater models

This OEM replacement part replaces Cleveland Controls part number RSS-498-026 and is also used in A.O. Smith equipment. The pressure switch operates by sensing differential pressure across the flue system, ensuring that combustion gases are properly exhausted before allowing the burner to fire. Essential for maintaining safe operation and preventing potential hazardous conditions caused by blocked or insufficient flue venting.

Everything was easy, but paid for two-day shipping and I didn't receive the items for over 3 weeks.

Slightly disappointed that I choose 2 day shipping and that information didn't carry over when dropshipped from EBC in NV but I contacted customer service and was refunded right away for the additional shipping cost.

Customer service answered the phone and very helpful

Overall wonderful shopping experience.

Order online went smoothly. Even better than calling CS directly.

Lowest price I've found for the part purchased. Hoping good results with shipping as well.

Working well with TMobile
