Siemens ASE2 MX.461 Replacement Electronic Repair Module for 1.5-2.5" Valves

The Siemens ASE2 is a replacement electronic repair module designed for MXG461 and MXF461 series magnetic control valves with valve sizes ranging from 1-1/2 inches to 2-1/2 inches (DN 40-65). This module provides a cost-effective solution for restoring faulty valve electronics without requiring complete valve replacement.

Key Features:

• Compatible with MXG461 and MXF461 magnetic valve actuators in 1.5" to 2.5" sizes
• Operating voltage: 24 VAC or 24 VDC
• IP54 degree of protection for reliable performance in HVAC environments
• Includes mounting instructions for proper installation
• Requires calibration after installation to optimize electronics-to-valve matching
• Factory-tested replacement module ensures continued valve operation

This repair module is essential when the red LED indicator on your MXG461 or MXF461 valve is lit, signaling that the electronics require recalibration or replacement. The ASE2 module restores full functionality to magnetic control valves used in modulating control of chilled water and hot water systems in closed circuits. Always disconnect power before fitting or removing the electronics module, and trigger calibration after installation to ensure optimal performance.
