Siemens 599-01106 1/2" Normally Closed Control Valve with 1.6 Cv

The Siemens 599-01106 is a 1/2-inch normally closed (N/C) control valve designed for HVAC applications requiring precise flow control. This bronze-bodied valve features an equal percentage flow characteristic with a 1.6 Cv rating, making it ideal for modulating control in heating and cooling systems.

Key Features:

• 1/2-inch female x female (FxF) threaded connections for easy installation
• Bronze construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for precise modulating control
• 1.6 Cv flow coefficient for accurate sizing
• 200N actuator force rating
• Normally closed configuration—valve closes when power is removed for fail-safe operation

This valve is commonly used with Siemens actuators in commercial and industrial HVAC systems for applications including chilled water, hot water, and glycol solutions. The equal percentage characteristic provides excellent control at partial loads, making it well-suited for variable flow systems.
