Belimo ZS-CCV-90 WeatherShield Protection Kit for LF/AF Actuators

The Belimo ZS-CCV-90 WeatherShield is a comprehensive protection accessory designed specifically for use with Belimo LF (Linear Floating), NF (Non-Spring Return), and AF (Analog Floating) series actuators mounted on characterized control valves (CCVs). This complete weatherproofing kit provides essential environmental protection for outdoor or harsh-environment installations.

Complete Kit Includes:

• Protective weather shield cover with UV-resistant construction
• Mounting back plate for secure installation
• Valve gasket for sealed connection
• Rubber gasket for moisture protection
• Cap lugs for secure fastening
• Lock washer hardware
• Rubber perimeter gasket for comprehensive sealing

This weathershield assembly ensures reliable actuator performance in challenging environmental conditions by protecting sensitive electronic components from moisture, dust, and temperature extremes. The multi-gasket design provides multiple layers of protection, while the robust cover construction shields the actuator from direct exposure to rain, snow, and UV radiation.

Ideal for HVAC applications where actuators are exposed to outdoor conditions or installed in unconditioned spaces such as rooftops, mechanical yards, or exterior building installations.
