Product Details

The Carrier HH18HA490 is a rollout switch designed for use in Bryant and Carrier furnace systems. This critical safety component monitors flue temperatures and automatically shuts off the burner if excessive heat is detected, protecting your heating system from dangerous rollout conditions.

Key Features:

  • Temperature rating: 290°F activation threshold
  • SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) manual reset configuration
  • Direct OEM replacement part for Carrier and Bryant furnaces
  • Designed to detect flame rollout and prevent heat exchanger damage
  • Manual reset ensures technician inspection after activation

This rollout switch is an essential safety device that prevents dangerous conditions caused by blocked vents, cracked heat exchangers, or improper combustion. When the switch trips at 290°F, it requires manual reset to ensure a qualified technician inspects the furnace before returning it to service.

Very easy ordering

Not the most personable experience.

First Order, so far so good.

Ordered Online and it showed that the product was in stock. I received an order acknowledgment then also received another email stating the product was backordered. Called CS and they assured me the product was in stock and would ship w/in 24hrs of the order date. It actually did ship the next day and I received the product 2 days later.

The order was short several items. However, after contacting the vendor, the missing items were shipped within a week.

Got my parts super quick and in good shape. GREAT JOB!!

Very helpful and courteous.

Good

Very fast delivery!
