Belimo B312B+TR24-3 3-Way Ball Valve 1/2 Inch 3.0 Cv with 24V Floating Actuator

The Belimo B312B+TR24-3 is a complete control valve assembly combining a 1/2-inch 3-way brass ball valve with a TR24-3 non-spring return actuator. This compact valve package is designed for hydronic HVAC systems requiring precise flow control in heating, cooling, and mixing applications.

Key Specifications:

• Valve size: 1/2 inch NPT threaded connections
• Configuration: 3-way diverting/mixing service
• Flow coefficient (Cv): 3.0
• Actuator voltage: 24V AC/DC
• Control type: Floating point control (On/Off/Float)
• Spring return: Non-spring return (NSR) - maintains position on power loss
• Brass valve body construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• Direct mount actuator with manual override capability

The non-spring return design keeps the valve in its last position during power interruptions, making it ideal for systems where fail-safe positioning is not required. The floating control accepts two-position or three-wire control signals from standard HVAC controllers. Belimo's proven ball valve technology ensures reliable, leak-tight service with minimal maintenance requirements.
