Belimo B312+TR24-3-T Ball Valve with Floating Actuator - 1/2 3-Way 24V

The Belimo B312+TR24-3-T is a compact 1/2" three-way characterized control valve (CCV) assembly designed for precise HVAC mixing and diverting applications. This factory-assembled unit combines a brass ball valve body with a 24VAC/DC floating control actuator for reliable, maintenance-free operation.

Key Specifications:

• Valve size: 1/2" (DN15) with NPT threaded connections
• Configuration: 3-way diverting/mixing design
• Flow coefficient (Cv): 3.0
• Actuator type: TR24-3-T non-spring return, floating control
• Power supply: 24VAC or 24VDC universal
• Control signal: Floating point (3-point)
• Running time: 150 seconds for 90° rotation
• Torque rating: 35 lb-in (4 Nm)

Features:

• Direct coupled actuator-to-valve assembly eliminates field mounting
• Non-spring return design maintains position on power loss
• Characterized ball design provides equal percentage flow characteristics
• Manual override for commissioning and emergency operation
• End switch feedback signals for position indication
• Durable brass construction for long service life in hydronic systems

Ideal for fan coil units, radiant heating/cooling systems, heat pump applications, and small zone control in commercial and residential HVAC installations. The floating control is compatible with standard thermostats and building automation systems requiring 3-point positioning control.
