Belimo B312+LF120-S NPT Brass Ball Valve with Spring Return Actuator - 1/2 3-Way 120V

The Belimo B312+LF120-S is a compact control valve assembly combining a 1/2" NPT threaded 3-way brass ball valve with an integrated 120V on/off spring return actuator. This assembly is designed for commercial HVAC applications requiring reliable fluid control in heating, cooling, and mixing applications.

Key Specifications:

• Valve Size: 1/2" NPT threaded connections
• Valve Configuration: 3-way brass ball valve for diverting or mixing service
• Flow Coefficient (Cv): 3.0 Cv for efficient flow capacity
• Actuator Type: LF120-S series - 120V AC, 2-position on/off control
• Spring Return: Fail-safe spring return to normally closed position on power loss
• Auxiliary Switch: Includes auxiliary switch for status feedback
• Construction: Lead-free brass valve body meeting NSF/ANSI 61 & 372 requirements

This factory-assembled valve and actuator combination provides reliable modulating control for chilled water, hot water, and glycol solutions in commercial building automation systems. The spring return feature ensures fail-safe operation, returning the valve to its default position during power interruptions. The compact design facilitates easy installation in tight mechanical spaces, while the auxiliary switch enables integration with building management systems for position monitoring.
