Belimo B248+ARX24-MFT95 2-Way 2 Inch Characterized Control Valve Assembly with Configurable Actuator

The Belimo B248+ARX24-MFT95 is a complete 2-way characterized control valve (CCV) assembly with a Cv rating of 29, designed for precise control of HVAC hot or chilled water applications. This factory-assembled unit combines the B248 2-inch NPT valve body with stainless steel trim and the ARX24-MFT95 configurable non-spring return actuator.

Key Features:

• 2-inch NPT connections with Cv 29 flow coefficient (58 GPM at 4 psi differential)
• 24V AC/DC non-spring return actuator with 0-135 Ohm control input
• MFT/programmable configuration for flexible system integration
• Forged brass body with nickel plating and chrome-plated ball
• Equal percentage flow characteristic with characterizing disc for enhanced control stability
• Maximum differential pressure of 30 psi, 400 psi pressure rating
• Media temperature range: 0° to 250°F (-18° to 120°C)

Ideal for air handling units, fan coil units, unit ventilators, VAV box re-heat coils, and bypass loops in hydronic systems with variable flow requirements. The characterized control valve design prevents control loop hunting, ensuring component longevity and optimized energy consumption. Compatible with hot or chilled water and up to 60% glycol solutions.
