Johnson Controls VG7243NT+71CHGA 1" NPT Proportional Control Valve 2-Way 11.6 Cv 24V

The Johnson Controls VG7243NT+71CHGA is a high-performance proportional control valve designed for precision modulating control in commercial HVAC applications. This 2-way normally closed valve features a 1-inch NPT threaded connection and delivers a flow coefficient (Cv) of 11.6 for reliable flow control in heating, cooling, and process water systems.

Key Features:

• 1-inch NPT threaded female connections for standard pipe installation
• 2-way normally closed configuration with spring return safety
• 11.6 Cv flow coefficient optimized for medium flow applications
• 24V proportional floating actuator for precise modulating control
• Non-spring return (NSR) actuator with manual override capability
• Durable brass body construction for long service life
• Operating pressure range up to 175 PSI
• Temperature range: -4°F to 250°F (-20°C to 121°C)

This valve assembly combines the VG7243 valve body with the 71CHGA proportional actuator, providing accurate control for variable flow applications in commercial building automation systems. The proportional control allows for precise positioning throughout the valve's stroke range, making it ideal for applications requiring fine-tuned flow modulation such as VAV reheat coils, fan coil units, and chilled water systems.
