Belimo B248+AFRB24-S 2-Inch 2-Way Control Valve 29 Cv with Spring Return Actuator

The Belimo B248+AFRB24-S is a complete characterised control valve (CCV) assembly combining a 2-inch brass ball valve body with an AFRB24-S spring return actuator. This integrated solution is designed for on/off control applications in HVAC systems requiring reliable fail-safe operation.

Valve Body Specifications:

• 2-inch threaded NPT connection size
• 2-way ball valve configuration
• Flow coefficient (Cv) of 29 for high flow capacity
• Brass construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• Close-off pressure rated for demanding applications

Actuator Features:

• 24V AC/DC power supply for flexible installation
• Spring return mechanism for fail-safe positioning on power loss
• On/off control (2-position) operation
• Auxiliary switch (SW) for position indication and feedback
• Proven Belimo actuator reliability with long service life
• Fast operating time for responsive control

This factory-assembled unit arrives ready for installation, eliminating field assembly errors and ensuring proper actuator-to-valve matching. The spring return function automatically returns the valve to its fail-safe position during power failure, making it ideal for safety-critical applications. The integrated auxiliary switch provides electrical feedback for BAS integration and system monitoring.
