Belimo B240+AFRB24-SR Characterized Control Valve Spring Return - 2-Way 1-1/2 CV37 24V

The Belimo B240+AFRB24-SR is a 2-way characterized control valve (CCV) designed for precise flow control in HVAC applications. This 1-1/2 inch valve features stainless steel trim construction for durability and corrosion resistance, with a flow coefficient (Cv) of 37 for efficient water flow management.

Key Features:

• Spring return actuator with 180 in-lb torque for reliable fail-safe operation
• 2-10 VDC control signal for modulating control applications
• 24V power supply for standard building automation compatibility
• Fail-safe closed (FC/NC) operation ensures valve closes on power loss
• Stainless steel trim construction resists corrosion in demanding environments
• Characterized valve design provides linear flow control throughout operating range
• 1-1/2" NPT threaded connections for easy installation

This valve and actuator assembly combines Belimo's proven B240 actuator with the AFRB24-SR valve body, delivering reliable performance for chilled water, hot water, and glycol applications in commercial HVAC systems. The spring return mechanism provides automatic valve closure during power failures or emergency conditions, making it ideal for safety-critical applications.
