RHI Automotive 8354-Z Zinc Spline Drive Lug Nut Wheel Installation Kit

The RHI Automotive 8354-Z is a zinc-finish spline drive lug nut wheel installation kit engineered to meet or exceed OEM quality standards. Built from 1045 carbon steel and heat treated to 10.9 grade hardness, these lug nuts deliver exceptional strength and long-term durability for both factory and custom aftermarket wheels.

RHI's proprietary Neoshield coating uses advanced nanotechnology to bond directly to the surface of each lug nut, virtually eliminating surface porosity. The result is a smoother, more corrosion-resistant finish that holds up through 300+ hours of salt spray testing — far surpassing typical zinc-plated hardware.

Key Features:

• Zinc finish for a clean, corrosion-resistant appearance
• Constructed from 1045 carbon steel, heat treated to 10.9 grade hardness
• Neoshield nanotechnology coating fused to the lug surface for superior rust and corrosion protection
• Cold forged construction for enhanced strength and dimensional consistency
• Two-piece construction with triple nickel plating for added durability
• Exceeds 300+ hours of salt spray testing
• Backed by RHI's 2-year limited warranty

Each kit includes lug nuts and a spline drive key for installation. RHI lug nut kits are compatible with a wide range of trucks and SUVs equipped with aftermarket or custom wheels requiring a spline drive socket. Installation requires only basic hand tools; always torque to manufacturer specifications and re-check torque after initial use.
