Key Features:

• Multi-layer steel construction provides superior sealing and durability under high-compression and boosted applications
• 4.135-inch bore diameter accommodates standard and slightly overbored small block Chevy cylinders
• .045-inch compressed thickness allows for precise compression ratio tuning
• Undersized water ports enable custom port matching to aftermarket cylinder heads for optimized coolant flow
• Compatible with Gen-1 Small Block Chevy engines including 265, 283, 302, 305, 307, 327, 350, and 400 cubic inch variants
• Designed for use with aftermarket performance cylinder heads

Cometic's MLS gasket technology utilizes multiple layers of stainless steel with specialized coatings to create a gasket that can withstand extreme cylinder pressures while maintaining a reliable seal. The undersized water port design gives engine builders the flexibility to match-port the gasket to their specific aftermarket heads, ensuring optimal coolant circulation without restriction.
