DBA DB1862SS Street Series Rear Brake Pads

The DBA DB1862SS Street Series brake pads are precision-engineered OE replacement brake pads designed to meet or exceed original equipment performance standards. These rear brake pads are part of DBA's comprehensive Street Series lineup, developed specifically for everyday use in passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles.

Advanced Friction Technology:

DBA engineers developed the Street Series with application-specific friction formulations to optimize performance. Depending on the specific application requirements, these pads utilize either ceramic or semi-metallic compounds to deliver superior friction coefficients that outperform current market standards. This targeted approach ensures optimal stopping power while maintaining excellent pedal feel and consistency.

Key Features:

• High-friction stripe for easy bedding-in and faster break-in period
• Application-specific NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) shims for quiet operation
• Precision slots and chamfers to minimize brake noise and vibration
• Engineered to complement DBA Street Series disc rotors for optimal performance
• Direct OE replacement design requiring no vehicle modifications
• Enhanced friction coefficient for improved stopping power

For best results, DBA recommends pairing these Street Series brake pads with DBA Street Series plain or T2 slotted disc rotors to maximize first application effectiveness and reduce bed-in time. The DB1862SS replaces the previous DB1862 part number.
