Robinair LD9-TG Tracer Gas Leak Detector with UV Light

The Robinair LD9-TG is a professional-grade tracer gas leak detector designed for automotive A/C system diagnostics. Featuring advanced sensor technology, this detector identifies leaks using a 5% hydrogen / 95% nitrogen tracer gas mixture, making it compatible with most hydrogen-based tracer gases on the market.

Key Features:

• Detects leaks as small as 0.5 ounces/year for R134a and 0.015 ounces/year for R1234yf refrigerants
• Full color LCD display with user-friendly messages, graphics, and error screens for intuitive operation
• Sweep mode function helps pinpoint exact leak source location
• Automatic calibration and reset to ambient air for optimal performance
• True mechanical pump for reliable gas sampling
• Patented 3 LED ultraviolet (UV) inspection light with 395-415 nm wavelengths optimized for A/C dye fluorescence
• High-intensity LED inspection light aids in locating and inspecting suspected leak sources
• 10-year sensor life for long-term reliability and value
• Low battery indicator and audio mute function

Specifications:

• Meets SAE J2970 industry standards
• Compatible with most hydrogen-based tracer gases
• UV wavelength technology works with tracer gas instead of liquid refrigerant

This leak detector combines traditional tracer gas detection with UV light technology, providing technicians with multiple methods to locate system leaks accurately. The full color display and sweep mode ensure the detector is always performing at optimal levels while guiding users through the leak detection process.
