Enkei Quality and Technology:

The Overlander has everything you'd expect from an Enkei wheel – built strong, with industry-leading quality standards, and designed to last. All Enkei wheels are engineered to pass rigorous testing under the company's own Spec-E standard, which is tougher than JWL requirements. Spec-E testing requires a higher drop point in impact tests and 20% more cycles for rotary bending and dynamic radial fatigue tests.

Enkei has adopted MAT process technology that ensures cast aluminum wheels have strength comparable to forged ones. In the MAT process, the wheel rim is spun and rolled on a mandrel, creating metal flow in the aluminum structure similar to forging, giving the wheel high material strength while keeping manufacturing cost more affordable than forged wheels.
