The Wilwood 120-8076 Forged Dynalite is a high-performance 4-piston disc brake caliper engineered for motorsports and performance street applications. Built as the foundation of the majority of Wilwood's Bolt-On Disc Brake Kits, the Forged Dynalite delivers class-leading strength starting at just 2.80 lbs — making it one of the lightest and most capable calipers in its class.

The caliper body is produced using a stress-flow forging process that re-aligns the metal's grain structure to follow the contour of the caliper body, eliminating the grain interruptions inherent in machined billet construction. Combined with an FEA-optimized radial transition design — which removes steps and shoulders between the piston housing and caliper bridges — the result is dramatically increased resistance to deflection and caliper separation under load. Testing has proven that reduced deflection directly decreases fluid volume displacement, translating to greater clamping efficiency, less pedal travel, and a taller, more confident brake pedal.
