The NGK 23519 oxygen sensor (O2 sensor) is an NTK OE-type, direct-fit replacement sensor. It measures the oxygen content in the exhaust stream and sends that data to the engine control module. The ECM uses it to keep the air-fuel mixture balanced, which supports fuel economy, drivability and emissions control.
