NGK 24523 Oxygen Sensor O2 Sensor OE Type Platinum Element

The NGK 24523 oxygen sensor (also called an O2 sensor or NTK air/fuel sensor) monitors the amount of oxygen in the exhaust stream. It sends that data to the engine computer, which uses it to manage the fuel and ignition systems. This is an NTK OE-type replacement sensor. It is designed to help optimize emissions and fuel economy.

Key Features:

• Dual-coated platinum element for longer service life and fast response
• 3-stage element overcoat protects against contamination
• Pure alumina ceramic filters exhaust gas
• Fast light-off time helps reduce emissions and improve fuel economy
• Factory-fitted OE-style connector with a water-resistant design for easy installation
• Designed to the OE application down to wire length, protective sleeve material, grommets, clips and protection tube design
• Extensively tested during manufacturing for quality and reliability

Specifications:

• Mounting type: Flange mount
• Output type: Analog
• Wire quantity: 3
• Thread diameter: 18mm
• Wiring harness length: 16.75 in.
• Upper temperature rating: 1562°F
• OEM reference numbers: 22690AA290, 22690AA350
