Trim Parts 4835 in our Emblems Department

These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

part easy to find and the process was good

Wow, first time I ordered and they hit a homerun with me!! Shipped same day I ordered AND was the cheapest option I had including shipping. I'll be back. Thanks for the great service!!

Great prices for the parts I needed to replace on my SUV, a bit hard to reach customer service when I had a question about the order. When I finally did reach CS, question was answered without any issues, shipping costs seem a bit high.

Lowest price I could find on the internet. They do what they say. Shipped promptly with UPS tracking no. sent by email. Would recommend.<br>
