Fox Racing Shocks 803-00-955 Rear Shock Absorber

The Fox Racing Shocks 803-00-955 is a high-performance rear shock absorber built on Fox's decades of race-proven suspension engineering. Designed to deliver precise damping control and fade-resistant performance, this shock is engineered to handle demanding on- and off-road conditions with consistent, predictable results.

Key Features:

• Race-Developed Damping: High-flow piston and application-specific valving deliver controlled, responsive ride quality across a wide range of terrain and conditions
• Aluminum Body Construction: Impact-extruded aluminum body dissipates heat significantly faster than conventional steel body shocks, reducing fade during extended use
• Internal Floating Piston (IFP): True IFP design separates the nitrogen charge from the suspension fluid, preventing oil aeration and maintaining consistent damping performance
• Hard Chrome Shock Shaft: Large-diameter hard-chromed shaft provides superior durability and corrosion resistance under harsh operating conditions
• Black Anodized CNC-Machined Components: Precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum hardware delivers lightweight strength and a clean, race-inspired finish
• Fully Serviceable: Designed for long-term use with complete serviceability to restore like-new performance over the life of the shock
• FOX Racing Suspension Fluid: Filled at the factory with Fox's proprietary high-performance damping oil for optimized response

Fox Racing Shocks has been a benchmark in performance suspension technology for over three decades, with race programs spanning motocross, off-road, mountain biking, and powersports. The 803-00-955 reflects that engineering pedigree, offering enthusiasts a reliable, performance-tuned upgrade over stock suspension components.
