Product Details

The Moroso 68904 is a precision-engineered aluminum female weld bung designed for professional fluid system installations. This high-quality fitting features a 16AN (1 inch) O-ring boss (ORB) connection, making it ideal for oil pans, valve covers, fuel cells, and custom fluid reservoirs in high-performance and racing applications.

Key Features:

  • 16AN O-ring boss (ORB) female thread configuration
  • Lightweight aluminum construction for reduced weight
  • Weld-on design for permanent, leak-free installation
  • Compatible with AN fittings and braided hose systems
  • Precision-machined threads for proper O-ring sealing
  • Ideal for custom oil systems, fuel systems, and coolant applications

This weld bung allows you to create custom fluid connection points on aluminum tanks, pans, and housings. The ORB design uses an O-ring seal at the bottom of the female threads, providing superior sealing compared to traditional tapered pipe threads. Perfect for fabricators and engine builders looking to create professional-grade plumbing solutions.

When I ordered this shower faucet to replace the original, I didn't expect arrival for maybe a week. This arrived in 2 days. That's amazing. I'm very suprised and satisfied with the quality. I installed it the same day in about 20 min. I'm actually going to order another one, just with a different finish. Or I might order 2 so I can have an extra. Never know when 1 of the 3 could end up with the hose fitting broken off. Thanks Guys n Gals. Keep up the good work. Rob
