MAHLE AVE89000P Expansion Valve and Orifice Tube - Premium Line A/C Component

The MAHLE AVE89000P is a Premium Line expansion valve and orifice tube assembly designed for automotive air conditioning systems. As a critical refrigerant circuit component, it is positioned upstream of the evaporator to precisely regulate refrigerant flow between the high- and low-pressure sides of the A/C system.

How It Works:

The expansion valve and orifice tube meters liquid refrigerant into the evaporator, where it transitions from a liquid to a gaseous state, producing the cooling effect required for cabin temperature control. Precise flow regulation ensures optimal A/C system performance and efficiency.

Key Features:

• MAHLE Premium Line quality — manufactured to OE specifications for long-lasting, reliable performance
• Compatible with R-134a refrigerant systems
• Direct OE-replacement fit for precise installation
• Engineered and validated by one of the world's leading OE thermal management suppliers
