MAHLE AVE112000P A/C Expansion Valve - Thermostatic Refrigerant Control

The MAHLE AVE112000P is a precision-engineered A/C expansion valve (also known as a thermostatic expansion valve or TXV) designed to deliver OEM-level performance in automotive air conditioning systems. As a direct replacement for the original factory component, this valve restores proper refrigerant regulation and cooling efficiency.

The expansion valve is a critical component in the A/C refrigerant circuit, positioned upstream of the evaporator to separate the high- and low-pressure areas of the system. It meters the flow of liquid refrigerant into the evaporator, where pressure reduction causes the refrigerant to rapidly cool and absorb heat from the cabin air — producing the cold airflow at the vents. A failed or weak expansion valve results in poor cooling performance, inconsistent airflow temperatures, or complete A/C system failure.

Key Features:

• OEM-quality thermostatic expansion valve engineered to original equipment specifications
• Precisely regulates refrigerant flow into the evaporator for optimal cooling performance
• Separates high- and low-pressure zones within the A/C refrigerant circuit
• Manufactured by MAHLE, a leading OEM supplier to global automotive manufacturers
• Direct-fit replacement — restores factory A/C performance
• Compatible with R-134a refrigerant systems
