MAHLE AA10000P HD Truck A/C Vacuum Actuator Air Door

The MAHLE AA10000P is a heavy-duty truck A/C vacuum actuator designed as a direct OE-quality replacement for the air door actuator in commercial and HD truck HVAC systems. This vacuum-operated actuator controls the movement of air blend and mode doors within the HVAC housing, regulating cabin airflow direction and temperature to maintain a comfortable in-cab climate.

Vacuum actuators use engine vacuum pressure to physically move air distribution doors inside the HVAC box. When the actuator fails, common symptoms include stuck airflow modes, loss of temperature control, or air only blowing from a single vent position. Replacing the actuator restores full HVAC function and proper climate control operation.
