URO URO-000170 Engine Cooling Fan Clutch Without Pulley

The URO URO-000170 is a high-quality engine cooling fan clutch designed as a direct replacement for Audi and Volkswagen applications. This thermal fan clutch automatically controls cooling fan airflow through the radiator and engine compartment, ensuring optimal engine temperature management under varying driving conditions.

Key Features:

• Fluid friction coupling design provides precise fan speed control based on engine temperature
• Manufactured to OE specifications for proper clearances and fan alignment
• High-quality alloy metal construction withstands extreme engine heat and vibration
• Easy bolt-on installation for quick restoration of proper cooling fan performance
• Direct replacement for OEM part numbers 058121350, 58121350, 06B121347, and related cross-references
• Supplied without pulley - fan clutch assembly only

The fan clutch plays a critical role in your vehicle's cooling system by regulating fan speed according to engine needs. At low speeds and in traffic, it increases fan engagement to provide maximum cooling. At highway speeds, it reduces fan load to improve fuel efficiency and reduce noise. A failing fan clutch can lead to engine overheating or excessive fan noise, making timely replacement essential for reliable engine performance.
