Wells 4B1564 Evaporative Emissions Vapor Canister

The Wells 4B1564 is a replacement evaporative emissions vapor canister (EVAP canister) designed to meet or exceed original equipment specifications. The vapor canister is a critical component of the vehicle's evaporative emission control (EVAP) system, capturing and storing fuel vapors from the fuel tank and preventing them from being released into the atmosphere.

When the engine is running, stored vapors are purged from the canister through the purge valve and drawn into the intake manifold to be burned during normal combustion. A failing or damaged vapor canister can trigger a check engine light, cause fuel odor, and result in failed emissions tests.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement for original equipment vapor canister
• Engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications for reliable performance
• Helps maintain proper EVAP system function and emissions compliance
• Constructed from durable materials to withstand fuel vapor exposure and underhood temperatures
• Supports proper fuel economy and engine performance

Wells Vehicle Electronics is a trusted manufacturer of emissions, ignition, and electronic engine management components. The Wells 4B1564 vapor canister is built to restore proper EVAP system operation and ensure your vehicle passes emissions inspections.
