Product Details

The Wells 4B1513 Vapor Canister is a critical emission control component designed to store and contain fuel vapors from the vehicle's fuel system, preventing harmful hydrocarbon emissions from escaping into the atmosphere. This canister is part of the Evaporative Emission Control (EVAP) system and plays an essential role in meeting environmental emission standards.

Key Features:

  • Engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications for reliable performance
  • Designed to match original equipment in fit, form, and function
  • Compatible with both domestic and imported vehicles
  • Manufactured by Wells Vehicle Electronics (WVE by NTK), a trusted name in engine management and emission control systems
  • Direct replacement for a failing or damaged vapor canister

The vapor canister contains activated charcoal that absorbs fuel vapors from the tank when the engine is off. When the engine is running, the purge valve opens to allow these stored vapors to be drawn into the engine and burned during combustion, ensuring efficient fuel usage and reduced emissions. A failing vapor canister may cause check engine lights, fuel odors, or failed emissions tests.

Ok

It was quick and easy. All of the information that I needed was already provided.

Easy experience. Would have been nice if the tires were slightly newer... ordered 2 tires in Mar/2022 and received 2 tires with DOT codes of 0521. Least expensive and easy and free shipping makes them worth it for my coach.

Really good experience, I did choose the two-day delivery shipping choice, but I received my package in about a week. I do understand shipping is out of wack though. Product was superb as well as customer service. Would definitely do business again.

It was a good experience
