Wells 4B1370 EVAP Vapor Canister Charcoal Fuel Emissions Replacement

The Wells 4B1370 Vapor Canister is a direct-fit replacement component for the vehicle's Evaporative Emission Control (EVAP) system. The vapor canister — also commonly called a charcoal canister or EVAP canister — captures and stores harmful fuel vapors produced in the fuel tank, preventing them from being released into the atmosphere.

During normal engine operation, stored fuel vapors are purged from the canister and routed into the engine's intake stream where they are combusted, keeping the emissions system functioning within regulatory standards.

Key Features:

• Engineered and tested to match OE parts in fit, form, and function
• Compatible with both domestic and imported vehicles
• Helps maintain proper EVAP system operation and prevent fuel vapor emissions
• Direct replacement for a failed or degraded original vapor canister
• Manufactured by Wells Vehicle Electronics, a trusted name in engine management and vehicle electronics

Common Symptoms of a Failed Vapor Canister:

• Check Engine Light (CEL) illuminated with EVAP-related fault codes
• Strong fuel odor near the vehicle
• Failed emissions inspection
• Difficulty refueling or fuel tank pressure issues

The Wells 4B1370 restores proper evaporative emissions control, helping your vehicle pass emissions testing and comply with environmental regulations. Backed by Wells Vehicle Electronics' commitment to OE-quality standards.
