Wells 4B1201 EVAP Vapor Canister Charcoal Canister Replacement

The Wells 4B1201 Vapor Canister is a direct-fit replacement evaporative emission control (EVAP) canister designed to restore proper fuel vapor management in your vehicle's emission control system. Vapor canisters, also commonly referred to as charcoal canisters or EVAP canisters, play a critical role in capturing and storing fuel vapors from the fuel tank, preventing their release into the atmosphere.

Key Features:

• OE-Matched Design: Engineered and tested to match original equipment parts in fit, form, and function
• Vapor Storage: Stores and contains harmful fuel vapors from the fuel system that would otherwise be vented to the atmosphere
• Emissions Compliance: Helps maintain proper emission control system performance and supports passing emissions inspections
• Domestic & Import Coverage: Compatible with a wide range of domestic and imported vehicle applications
• Quality Construction: Manufactured to meet or exceed OE specifications for long-lasting, reliable performance

A failing vapor canister may result in symptoms such as excessive fuel consumption, illumination of the Check Engine Light (CEL), rough idle, or a failed emissions test. The Wells 4B1201 restores full EVAP system function and is backed by Wells Vehicle Electronics' commitment to quality aftermarket components.
